Calling All Units is The Crew's second expansion. It was announced at Gamescom 2016, on the 17th of August. Its biggest feature is the ability to play as a cop.
Calling All Units gives the player the ability to play as a cop. Cop cars can be any spec, but further customization is strictly limited due to licencing. The expansion also features a single player expansion with 12 new story missions, and a new PVP mode that involves a racer (who doesn't need to own the expansion) picking up a crate and delivering it to a particular location while AI and player cops have to stop him. New vehicles, such as the Jeep Wrangler , the KTM 1190 RC8 R and the Nissan GT-R (R35) are also included.
New features, such as an increase of the max level to 60 and new diamond parts will be available to everybody, including the players who don't own the expansion.
- Cop car lights can be toggled with the horn button, thus leaving the cop cars with no horns.
